论当代中国共产党人科学发展观的价值取向

和平与发展是当今时代的主题。发展问题是一个全球性、世界性的问题,不仅有经济指向意义,更有政治指向意义。发展是贯穿“三个代表”重要思想的主题,“三个代表”重要思想对发展问题进行了新的阐发和升华,标志着当代中国共产党人科学发展观的形成。新的科学发展观从“协调发展、可持续发展和以人为本、促进人的全面发展”的空间、时间及根本目的这三个维度,表达了当代中国共产党人的价值诉求。科学发展观是对实践领域的“五个统筹”的抽象概括,体现了马克思主义与时俱进的理论品质和当代中国共产党人勇担庄严历史责任的胆识和魄力。

On values orientation of scientific development view of CPC

Peace and development are the two major tasks facing the world today. Development as a universal issue not only involves economic but also political guiding meaning. Development is also the theme of the thought of “Three Represents”. The elaboration of development marks the formation of the view of scientific development of CPC. This view reflects the values orientation of CPC from the three aspects of space, time and purpose, i.e., promoting harmonious development, sustainable development and an overall development with man as the most important consideration.
