Carrying out "Running the State with Morals" and Strengthening the Construction of Moral Education

The theory, "Running the State with Morals" has a solid theoretical foundation. It was the Leading group of the third generation centred round Jiang Ze-min who integrated Deng Xiao-ping's Theory with the new practice of our country speeding up the construction of modernization. It is an important polity of running states which is put forward when our country's social economy steps into a new developing time. It is a scientific thesis which bases on internal and external experience of running states. It is thus clear that has profound historic significance for us to coustruct the socialist culture and ideology more voluntarily, especially socialist moral system, and devote major efforts to improve the whole nation's quality.
