幼儿教育:从"奴化"走向"对话"

摘    要:儿童本来是喜欢学习的,但在教育中,儿童变成了学习人类知识经验的工具,变成了成人可以利用的对象.这种"奴化"教育的本质是对教育中的人(受教育者,常常是儿童)的精神的漠视、忽视、压制、否定.真正的教育,是基于儿童的"生活世界"对儿童"生命世界"的关照.对话教育是一种对人性没有压制的教育,能够消除焦虑和压抑感,建立安全感,能够使儿童进行体验和发现的教育.在教育过程中,教师在真诚、敞亮、投入的基础上,形成与儿童之间的相互平等、理解、沟通、信任、尊重、融洽的情势,形成与儿童之间的互依、互生、互补、互惠、相互激发的情势和教育生态.

Abstract:Children are becoming slaves in education although they like learning originally.Children in education can't be they ought to be but becoming the implement of learning knowledge and the objects of imposing by adults.The essence of the enslavement education is not to regard the children in eudcation as the human beings.The "dialogue education"is the education that does not suppress human nature,and the education that eliminate worries and depression.According as the view or idea of "dialogue",we expect to change the present education to dialogue education.
