| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆为产学研发展提供信息服务,应建立多层次的信息资源结构,提供不同形式的信息产品。高校图书馆在开展企业信息服务时应该在服务流程、服务层次、服务价格、管理方式及企业信息资源建设上进行规范化管理,并对企业信息服务原则、服务内容、服务方式予以合理的定位。

| Abstract: | University libraries should establish multilayer information resource structure to provide information service and supply information products in different forms for the industries,schools and researching institutions.In providing the enterprise information service,the university libraries should make standardizing management in service procedures,service levels,management mechanisms and the construction of enterprise information resources and make a reasonable positioning in principles,contents and mechanisms of enterprise information service. |
