| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设的关键是农民的现代化。国外很多国家在农民现代化过程中积累了许多经验。借鉴国外农民培养经验,我国新型农民培养应着重从提升战略地位、加强立法进程、革新教育观念等方面,大力发展农民教育,加速造就新型农民。

| Abstract: | The key to the development of new socialist countryside is the modernization of the farmers.Many countries have accumulated a lot of experience in the modernization of farmers.Based on the foreign experience in farmer training,China should make more efforts to strengthen education on farmers and speed up the training of new farmers in terms of improving the strategic position,enhancing legislation procedures and innovating the educational concept. |
