| 摘 要： | 在国企改革过程中,以群体性事件为代表的新问题频频出现。对这类事件发生、发展的研究以及相应的预防与处置办法的探析,有利于改革的深化与社会的和谐。谣言流通理论从＂问题的重要性＂和＂信息的暧昧性＂两个角度提供了研究此类问题的新思路与视角,特别是为政府和企业提供了有针对性和操作性的方法与建议。

| Abstract: | In the process of SOE reform,group events as representative of the new problem crop up frequently.The research of such events and the appropriate approach to prevention and treatment of them are conducive to the deepening of reform and social harmony.Rumor circulation theory provides new ideas to study this kind of problem from the importance of the problem and the ambiguity of information.Especially for governments and enterprises,it provides targeted and operational methods and recommendations. |
