当前中国政府职能转变的方向

当前中国政府职能的转变，应致力于以下几个方面。首先，强化政府的宏观管理职能，同时弱化政府的微观管理职能；其次是要合理划分政府的行政职能，进一步理顺中央和地方、政府和企业、政府与市场等关系；第三是转化政府的社会管理职能，积极发展中介组织，从而改变政府深陷复杂社会事务管理的局面。
