| 摘 要： | 高校教师的亚健康状态不仅威胁教师的身心健康，同时也给教师的教学、科研工作带来了很大影响。通过对高校教师亚健康状况的调查，分析亚健康状态产生的原因，并提出了具体的改善对策。

| Abstract: | Sub-health not only threatens teacher＇s physical and moral health, but also effects teacher＇s teaching, the scientific research work. In this paper, through the survey and analysis of the causes of sub-health state of university teachers, the countermeasure of specific improvement is proposed. |
