| 摘 要： | 著作精神权利是作者基于作品依法享有的以人身利益为内容的权利 ,大多数国家的立法对此项权利都给予了保护 ,但与其相关的诸多问题却一直存在争议。本文拟从著作精神权利的基本内容着手 ,对它的主体和转让问题进行探讨。
