教学研究型高校教师教学科研状态评价研究

摘    要:高校教师的教学科研状态关系到人才培养质量和学校的科研水平,教学研究型高校教师具有教学、科研双重任务,需要协调处理好教学与科研的关系。根据教学研究型大学的特点,建立教学研究型高校教师教学科研状态评价指标体系,采用层次分析法进行二级综合评价,可为评估高校教师教学科研状态提供依据。

Abstract:The teaching and scientific research states of university teachers directly affect students and universities. Teachers in teaching and the research university with dual tasks teaching and scientific research,need to coordinate the relationship between teaching and scientific research. According to the characteristics of the teaching and the research university,evaluation indexes of teaching and research status for university teachers are established. The two grade comprehensive evaluation model is established by using analytic hierarchy process. It can provide the basis for evaluating university teachers' teaching and research status of quality.
