Experimental Research on the Application of Making Preparation in Teaching Simplified Taijiquan

Taijiquan is an important part of Chinese Wushu.Simplified Taijiquan,the basic series of skills in learning Taijiquan,is a nationwide series of skills in Wushu.As the compulsory course for the students whose major are PE Education and Social sports,the use of making preparation in teaching Taijiquan can be very effective and improve the students' autonomous learning abilities,by which students can grasp much more about Taijiquan.Thus it is of great practical value in teaching Taijiquan.
