| 摘 要： | 本文通过运用文献资料、体质测试和数理统计方法,对包头师范学院08级不同选修班学生的选修前、后测试成绩进行对比分析,得出结论:篮球、排球、足球与健美操选修的同学,肺活量成绩明显提高,有效地改善了呼吸系统的功能;健美操选修提高了学生的柔韧性水平;其他没有明显的提高,耐力水平都有下降的趋势。
