| 摘 要： | 作为科研管理和评价的工具,科学引文索引(SCI)日益显示出其强大的作用力,而越来越受到人们的重视和广泛应用.SCI的科研管理功能表现在评价、预测、决策、创新等方面.但是SCI也有一定的局限性,科研管理部门应根据自己的实际情况,慎重使用SCI.
