| Abstract: | The conformity of social interest is an important function of the ruling party. However, nowadays the lack of the common consciousness in public province and the increasingly differentiation of social interest make it necessary to strengthen the ruling party's function of the conformity of social interest. By building a new conformity mechanism, we can maintain the social harmony, heighten the public managing efficiency, thus can finally realize effectively the practice of reign. |
