自由主义与当代中国社会发展

20世纪90年代以来,自由主义在我国重新成为热点问题,这其中既有自由主义理论本身的原因,也与我国社会出现的新的特点有关。自由主义在西方社会的现代化过程中发挥了重大的作用,对我国向现代社会的转型也具有重要的借鉴价值。但是,作为资本主义的意识形态,自由主义的方法论是形而上学的抽象分析法,理论基础是个人主义,要完全依靠它来解决中国社会的问题是不现实的。

Liberalism and the development of contemporary China

Since 1990s, the liberalism has become the heated topic in China. The theoretic nature of liberalism and the new character of contemporary China society have direct relation to the fact. Liberalism played an important role in the modernization of western society and will bring great critical value to the social transition of China. However, as the ideology of capitalist, liberalisms methodology is abstract method and the foundation of it is individualism, through which to settle out the problems in the procession of Chinese modernization is impractical.
