理性与非理性之辨：网络集群行为的产生及其演变

以南京大学小百合BBS使用者对"汉口路西延工程"的参与讨论为个案,通过对参与者的问卷调查分析及网上讨论的跟踪观察,发现发生在网络中的集群行为在初期存在着非理性的表现,并占据着讨论的主流,而理性观点则被淹没在讨论声中.但随着事件的发展及讨论的深入,客观、理性的声音逐步增强,并与非理性开始了交锋,影响着参与者的表达.在交锋中理性逐步占据主流,并最终实现了回归,引导着参与者做深入的思考.文章最后提出时这种理性的回归的思考:这种回归是否是真正意义上的回归,一个与此事件相关的事件的出现是否会再次引起讨论的高潮,又将会向什么方向演变.

The Discrimination of Rationality and Irrationality:the Appearance and Evolution of the Internet Collective Behavior

This article takes the discussion of users of the lily BBS of Nanjing University on the topic of Extension Project of Hankou Road for a case study. Through the analysis of the questionnaires and observations of the web discussion, we found that the collective behavior in the Internet showed much irrationality at the beginning of the case. The irrationality took a dominant role in the discussion while rational ideas were mostly in the shadow. However, with the development of the actual case and the deepening of the discussion, objective and rational views gradually took the lead and returned to the mainstream after battling with the irrational ones. Finally, the article gives some thoughts to the return of rational views: is it a true return in some sense? Will it bring another climax of the discussion if one thing associated with this event takes place? In what direction will the discussion evolve?
