中美两国安全观的差异及影响

安全观的发展变化同安全理论的发展有着密切的关联。中国政府的安全观从旧的具有"冷战思维"的安全观转变到以"互信、互利、平等、协作"为核心内容的"新安全观"。美国政府的安全观也从单一的以军事联盟保卫本国的"绝对安全"转变到以军事联盟为主,以地区安全合作为辅的安全观。中美两国的国家安全观有着明显的差异,而这种差异对中美相互对外政策的制定有着直接深刻的影响。

On the Difference of Security Concept between China and America and its Impacts

The development of security concept is closely related with the development of security theories.The security concept of Chinese government transferred from "Cold War Thinking" to the "New Security Concept" whose core is "mutual credit,mutual benefit,being equal,collaboration",while the national security concept of America changed from guaranteeing the national "absolute security" with the military union to military union with the auxiliary to regional security cooperation.There are apparent differences of the Sino-US security concept,and such differences have profound impacts on the formulation of foreign policies of the two countries.
