新人政治的内核:权利与义务的倒置——以单位为分析视角

"新人"指的是刚到政府机关、企事业单位工作的大中专毕业生。在霸道的权力与狡黠的资历面前,新人不但不能有效地保护自己的既得利益和应有的权利,反而要承担更多的责任和义务。作为弱势者,在权力与资历结盟后,新人的生存处境进一步恶化,发展空间进一步萎缩,出现了权利与义务倒置的现象,这是新人政治最显著的特征,也是新人政治的内核。

The Core of Freshmen's Politics: The Inverted Rights and Obligations——Analysis from the Perspective of the Enterprise

Freshmen refers to the apprentice workers at government agency and enterprise who were just graduated from vocational school or university.In the severe hierarchical situation,these freshmen can hardly protect their benefits and rights but have to take over more responsibilities and obligations.They lag far behind considering power and experience and thus remain to be weak for a long period.They have little room for further development.Hence the phenomenon of the inverted rights and obligations,the most striking characteristic and essence of freshman politics.
