社会变迁视角下的农民培训动力分析

自2002年农村税费改革以来,农民培训越来越受到政府的重视。在政府层面,基层乡村政权的角色和职能理念转变,促使政府将农民培训作为乡村发展的服务方式;在乡村的社会转型层面,村庄的发展以及村庄日常生活基本投入时间的变化,需要农民培训的积极实践干预;而农民由无意识生存性人格向有意识生存性人格转变时,也需要农民培训为他们提供个体发展的空间和人格再社会化的机会。它是政府、乡村以及农民个体在社会变迁情境下的产物。

Dynamic Analysis on Farmer Training from the Perspective of Social Transformation

Since the reform of rural taxes and fees in 2002, the government is paying more and more attention on farmer training . At the government level, farmer＇s training is a service provided as its own functions and obligations. At the level of rural change, farmer training is an intervention in the development of the village. Farmer training also provides space and re--socialization opportunities for their personality change from the unconsciousness to the consciousness. In short, it is the combined product of government, village and individual change.
