| Abstract: | This paper explores the roots of the tragedy in the legend "Leifeng Tower" from the perspective of mythical fate. The heroine, Bainianzi underwent the change from a goblin to a human being and then to a deity. XU Xuan and Bainianzi's sad story as a result of Bainianzi's love for a human being, the four conflicts between them and their successful shift into immortal beings are all specific demonstration of their destiny. |
