曾国藩家庭伦理道德概述

Family moral principles and ethics are an important component of Chinese traditional morality,and Zeng Guofan's ideas about family moral principles and ethics are mainly embodied in three aspects including reading,self-cultivation and family education.In terms of reading,he demanded that all his children should be industrious,ambitious,knowledgeable and persistent;in terms of self-cultivation,he advocated keeping guarding against temptations when being all alone,exercising self-denial,respecting forebearance and remaining modest;and in terms of family education,he encouraged his men to be economical in managing a household and to develop the quality of loyalty and filial piety.
