| 摘 要： | 分配权是一个国家社会分配制度的核心内容.分配权在不同社会主体之间的特定配置模式和运行机制构成分配关系的法律调整机制.从调整和规范国家、企业和个人的分配关系入手,确保分配权在三者之间的合理配置和规范行使,实现分配方式的多元化,对于改革与完善我国分配制度具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Distributive right or power is a central content of social distributive system in a country.The special distributive system and operating mechanism that distributive right or power is distributed on the different social subjects consists of the legal regulating mechanism of distributive relation.Starting from regulating distributive relation of the nation,enterprise and natural person,safeguarding rational distribution and standard exercise of distributive rights and power during them,realizing multiform distribution,these have an important meaning on performing and perfection of our country's distributive system. |
