摘    要:饮食文化是中华民俗文化的主要内容之一,发展至唐更为鼎盛,故以诗歌中饮食描写作为观照俗文化进入唐诗的切入点具有代表意义,而盛中唐之交的杜甫乃是将俗文化题材在唐诗中作深入开拓的第一人,其饮食描写不仅在数量质量上远超前人,在类别上进行更广泛的扩展,且以写实性的叙事化、本义化手法再现了日常生活的原貌,加快了文学平民化的进程,对中唐至宋的诗风俗化影响深远。

Abstract:The food culture takes an important role in folk-custom culture in the China.It developed splendidly in the Tang Dynasty.It is significant for us to survey the step of the Tang Dynasty poems' folk-custom culture through food delineation.Du Fu was the first on this road,since the quantity and kind of food delineation in his poems exceed others.The true-life writing way represents the face of existence well,and starts the course of democratic literature which affects the vulgarization of poem style till the Song Dynasty.
