试论独立学院教学管理创新

独立学院作为一种新型的办学形式,为高校办学体制和机制改革注入了强大的活力,正因为独立学院的特殊性和新兴性,其本身也存在一些亟待完善的地方。从教学管理的角度分析了独立学院教学管理存在的教学计划缺乏特色、师资队伍不够稳定、教学管理缺乏创新、教学质量缺乏评估等问题,并就这些问题提出了独立学院教学管理改革的原则和思路,以推进独立学院教学管理的创新。

On Management Renovation of Independent Colleges

As a form of running school,Independent colleges add greatly activity for the higher education system and mechanism reform.It is fully noticed that independent colleges need to be improved because of its novelty and their special features.This paper analyzes the problems from the aspect of lacking of characteristics in teaching plan,inconsistent in teachers team,lacking of renovation in teaching management and lacking of evaluation in teaching quanlity.And it put forward principles and methods of teaching managemengt reform for independent colleges,hence promoting educational renovation for independent colleges.
