论新形势下高校教工党员思想道德建设的有效途径

在分析高校教工党员思想道德状况基础上,着重论证和提出了加强高校教工党员思想道德建设的四条途径:一要注重教工党员的理想信念教育;二要加强教工党员的道德人格建设;三要发挥党组织的教育功能;四要培育教工党员开展思想道德建设的良好环境.

On the Effective Way of the Ideological and Moral Construction of Colleges and Universities Teaching Party Members under the New Situation

Based on the analysis of the ideological and moral condition of the teaching party members of colleges and universities,the four ways to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of these party members are proved emphatically and raised: the first is to pay attention to teaching party members' ideal and belief education;the second is to strengthen the moral personality construction of teaching party members;the third is to develop the education function of the party organization;the fourth is to train the good environment that the teaching party members can develop ideological and moral construction.
