Her doctoral thesis was entitled Tragedy and Exchange: Metaphoric Understandings of Interpersonal Relationships;. Recently she received a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities for research into the relationship between science, technology, and human values. She is currently completing a book about the behavior of physicians at work. |
