| 摘 要： | 根据危机管理理论,我国已进入矛盾的凸显期,各种不确定、不安全、不稳定的因素在不断增加。但我国政府在危机管理方面却存在诸多问题。故针对政府在危机管理中存在的主要问题,从客观实际出发提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | China has already entered the critical period of different social conflict according to the theory of crisis management.Different uncertain,insecure and unstable social factors are increasing.But there are a lot of problems concerning crisis management in governmental level of China.This article proposes some objective and practical strategies directed against the existing problems of crisis management in governmental level. |
