| 摘 要： | 采用多种调查方法分别从地级市、县、乡(镇)、村四个行政层次对广西少数民族地区少数民族农村人口向城市流动现象和特征进行调查研究;并以此为基础数据,对农村劳动力流动与农村人均收入、农村人均耕地以及农村自然条件之间关系进行相关性研究。研究表明,少数民族地区劳动力流动与迁出地社会经济自然条件之间遵循一定规律,又呈现出多样性的特征。根据对少数民族地区农村劳动力迁出影响的分析,农村劳动力派出对农村发展既有积极作用又有不利的一面。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of rural-urban migration in minority areas of Guangxi,China are investigated at prefecture,county,townships and village levels.Several methods are used in the investigation.The correlations between rural-urban migration,natural conditions,arable land area per capita and rural annual income per capita are examined on the basis of the investigation.Moreover,the effects of rural-urban migration on rural development are analyzed.The results show that the relationships between rural-urban migration and social,economic,and natural conditions are diversified in minority areas of Guangxi.And the lasting emigration of labor may favor the rural development,but at the same time,it may also exert some unfavorable effects on the social and economic development in rural areas in a long term. |
