| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的进一步发展,建筑工程投资主体和投资方式呈现出多元化,对建筑工程项目的造价管理提出了新的更高要求。现有的建筑工程造价管理体系比较分散,不能很好地适应建筑工程各阶段造价管理应用需要。文章分析了目前我国建筑工程各阶段存在的问题,从建筑工程的设计、施工和竣工结算等三个阶段探讨了一个造价管理方法体系,并提出具体的解决方法。

| Abstract: | With the further expansion of economic globalization,the investors and investment modes of the construction projects show the tendency of diversification,which leads to new and higher requirements to the cost management.The current construction cost management system is dispersed and can not be well applied in multi-phases of construction project.Based on the analyses of the existing problems in multi-phases of construction project in China,this paper discusses a cost management system in view of three phases of construction project,including design phase,construction phase and completion phase.Then the corresponding measures are given. |
