| 摘 要： | 从20世纪60年代开始,美国的公立学校开始注意学生法律的问题,其中学生的权利问题尤其受到关注。美国学生法律中的学生权利问题涉及到的方面很广泛,包括学生权利的程序性保障,学生的言论和自由表达的权利,有关停学、开除和转学方面的权利,避免体罚的权利,学生的隐私权等比较重要的方面。从这几个有代表性的方面来谈学生的权利问题,对于研究、探讨学生权利的发展问题很有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Since the 1960s,the American public schools began to pay attention to the student's legal issues,and they are especially concerned with students' rights.The students' rights in the American student laws involve various aspects,such as the procedure maintenance of students' rights,the right of freedom of speech,the right about dropping out of school,expelling,and changing school,the right about avoiding physical punishment,and the right of privacy,etc.It is of realistic significance to probe into the issue of students' rights from these typical aspects. |
