当代西方人本主义教育思潮对我国教育改革的启示

摘    要:当代人本主义教育思潮以人本主义为其方法论基础和价值标准,强调对人的关注和尊重。人本主义教育思潮对我国教育改革的启示在于:教育应注重学生的情感培养,激起学生内心感受,通过亲身体验来获得知识;教学内容要为学生着想,不能以成人标准判断学生该学何种知识;教学方法上要贯彻意义学习,使学生能真正理解所学知识,并内化为行动;强调建立新型的师生关系,师生相互配合,教师要发挥“促进者”的作用,使学生通过学习真正成为一个符合教育目标的人。

Abstract:Modern humanist trend of thoughts on education embraces humanism as its methodology and standard of value,emphasizing the concerning and respect for man.We should be enlighted on our educational reform from the following aspects: education should focus on fostering students' emotions,spark their innermost feelings,and make them acquire knowledge by their own experience;contents of teaching ought to be student-centered;methods of teaching should also highlight the meaning of learning and try to transform them to students' self-conscious behaviors;a new relation between teachers and students should be formed and teachers should bring into full play their guiding role so as to cultivate students into qualified persons through learning.
