高校教师中非正式组织的特征分析及管理研究

摘    要:高校是一个有组织的松散系统,高校教师之间以自发形成的非正式的组织关系为主。非正式组织影响管理者的绩效,且在结构、组织规范、组织领导、沟通以及凝聚力方面都与正式组织存在差异。学校领导应当创造良好的环境,鼓励教师之间学术型非正式组织的产生,充分利用非正式组织的力量提高学校的教学、科研和学术水平。

Abstract:Colleges and universities are organized loose systems.The informal organization formed spontaneously by the teachers is the main organization relation among them.The informal organization's influence to its manager is different from that of the formal organization,so are the structure,organization regulation,organization leadership,communication and cohesive force.The managers of colleges and universities should create a good environment and encourage the forming of informal academic organization in college teachers,by the good use of which they can improve the teaching,researching and academic level.
