制造企业从OEM到OBM的转型升级:商业模式创新视角

传统制造业转型升级理论强调技术创新,但是单纯的技术创新可能会导致路径依赖的形成难以实现转型升级。商业模式创新理论强调通过系统性商业创新获取价值,成为突破技术创新路径依赖的重要手段。结合比亚迪公司案例进行研究,结果显示,商业模式创新是落后制造企业转型升级的有效方式,落后制造企业实施商业模式创新的动力来源主要有企业家精神、市场机会和政策激励,商业模式创新的主要途径包括产品或服务创新、联盟网络构建、客户需求分析等。

Transition and Upgrading of Manufacturing Enterprises from OEM to OBM: Based on Business Model Innovation

Transition and upgrading theory of traditional manufacturing emphasizes technological innovation, but only through technological innovation, it will lead to produce path dependence for companies thus causing difficulties to achieve the transition and upgrading. Business model innovation theory emphasizes on obtaining value through systematic business innovation, which can be an effective way to break through path dependence of technology innovation for manufacturing enterprises transition and upgrading in backward countries. This paper made an research on the transition and upgrading of BYD Company, and the results show that the business model innovation is an effective way to transit and upgrade the backward manufacturing enterprises, and entrepreneurship, market opportunities and policy incentives are the power sources of business model innovation for backward manufacturing enterprises. The main ways of business model innovation include product or service innovation, alliance networks, customer demand analysis, etc.
