法理学的宏观内容与微观内容及其在教学中的运用

从我国法理学的理论发展历程并结合我国的法治实践以及所面对的主要问题出发,可以将法理学的内容分为宏观与微观两大部分。在法理学的教学中,法理学宏观内容的教学以文化启蒙为最终目的,法理学微观内容的教学则以掌握法律方法体系为目标,二者的关系是相辅相成的。由于法理学的宏观内容与微观内容所关注的内涵不同,如何运用宏观内容与微观内容,以达致教学效果的最优化,既是法理学革新的使命使然,同时也是新时期对法理学教学提出的新要求。

Macroscopic and Microscopic Content of Jurisprudence and Application in Teaching

We can divide Jurisprudence into two major parts： Macroscopic content and Microscopic content if we view from our development process of jurisprudence and our government＇s practice of building rule of law and subject matters which our country is facing.In the teaching of jurisprudence,the final goal of macroscopic content is cultural initiation,the goal of microscopic content is grasping the system legal methods.The relation of them is interrelating.How to use them to achieve the best effect is the mission of innovation of jurisprudence.Meanwhile,it is the new request to the teaching of jurisprudence at new time.
