| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省生物质能资源极为丰富,近年来黑龙江省凭借资源优势,在国家政策的支持和引导下,开始合理规划、大力发展生物质能产业,在生物质气化供气、生物质固体燃料、生物质液体燃料、生物质能发电等方面粗具规模。但黑龙江省生物质能的发展仍存在一定的问题,本文针对于此提出了进一步发展的对策。

| Abstract: | Heilongjiang province with adequate biomass energy resources has began to plan and develop the biomass energy industry vigorously and reasonably relied on the resources superiority and under the support and guidance of national policy in recent years.Due to these efforts,it has taken shape in some aspects.The paper proposes some countermeasures based on the problems of the biomass energy develpoment in Heilongjiang province. |
