协调工农业关系实现农民增收的思考

在我国,由农业产生的初级产品到最终产品的过程中,大部分利润被工业部门所取得,工业部门发展壮大后进而捆绑农业部门,是抑制农村经济的重要原因。大量剩余劳动力流入城市也不利于从根本上实现农民增收。解决农民收入问题需要使农民从农产品中获得更多的利润,协调工农业关系,充分利用市场,运用国家宏观调控,尝试利用国有企业优势,在实践中探索出一条符合实际的中国特色道路。
