| 摘 要： | 中国并购现在是全球的一个亮点,作为我国国民经济骨干力量的上市公司,其并购重组活动也大大地被关注和重视。因此,如何更好地进行上市公司并购,防范风险,对于上市公司来说无疑是一个重要的问题。本文针对并购前后三个阶段的风险进行了分析,提出了综合性的风险防范措施。
