| 摘 要： | 在消费过程中,农产品的质量安全问题不容乐观。《中华人民共和国农产品质量安全法》引入了风险预防的立法理念和机制,但是生产者逐利心理的存在及农产品加工、储存、运输、销售等环节诸多,存在着影响农产品的安全性隐患。这影响到消费者的健康和生命安全,还影响到农业的可持续发展,进而影响我国农产品国际竞争力。本研究以法经济学为视角,为我国农产品质量安全的法律规制提供系统的理论支撑,并提供制度规制和构建层面的建议和对策。
