| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析黑龙江省国有＂壳公司＂的现状,并对国有＂壳公司＂的成因,以及国有＂壳公司＂改革所面临的困难进行了深入系统的分析,并根据黑龙江省＂壳公司＂的实际情况有针对性地提出了这部分国有企业改革的思路和具体操作办法,以期为深化这部分企业改革提供参考和建议。

| Abstract: | Since the reform of state-owned enterprises of Heilongiang province has achieved greatly,it has not gained complete victory.The shell company that is without managing methods,properties,funds for reform and with staff has difficulty in deepening state enterprise reform.The writer investingates the shell company in Heilongjiang privince,understands the present situation and analyzes difficulties and proposes the concrete operating ways for such shell companies to attribute to reforming them. |
