基于物质文化遗产保护的江南六大古镇旅游可持续发展研究

以周庄为代表的江南水乡古镇自从上世纪80年代被相继开发后,其独特的历史文化内涵为当地带来了巨大的社会、经济效益,但也出现了过度商业化、游客量过载、无序开发、重开发轻保护等问题。本文通过对江南六大古镇旅游开发状况的分析对比,提出要实现古镇旅游的可持续发展,必须将遗产保护提到首要位置,所有旅游开发行为要在对遗产保护的前提下进行;面对当前存在的问题,政府部门及开发商应该通过内部挖潜和外部拓展境区空间、采取＂部分空心化＂策略、提高开发修缮技术等措施加以纠正及规范。

The Sustainable Development of the Six Ancient Towns on the Basis of Preservation of Material Culture Heritage

In the 1980s the so-called ancient towns of the south of the Yangtze river,which are presented by Zhouzhuang,began to be preserved and exploited.With the tourism project developing,these ancient towns have brought a lot of social and economical benefits to the local areas because of their long history and cultural value.However,ongoing issues of the over-commercialization,the overload of tourists,disorderly development,over exploitation and little protection become widespread.Based on the comparison of the status of six ancient towns＇ tourism development,this thesis proposes to achieve the sustainable development of ancient towns,to put the heritage protection in the primary place and to conduct all the behaviors of exploration under the premise of the heritage protection.For the current problems,government departments and developers should take effective efforts to correct and standardize the acts.It is suggested to conduct internal excavation and external expansion of space,adopt the strategy of part hollow,raise the technology of exploration and reparation,and control the behavior of commercialization.
