我国田径优势项目训练现状及对策研究

运用文献资料法、专家访谈与数理统计法等方法,对我国田径优势项目运动在奥运会、世锦赛上的实力状况以及训练情况进行研究分析,结果表明：我国田径优势项目存在优秀运动员昙花一现,优势项目难显优势;全运与奥运会战略冲突;我国田径后备人才不足,缺乏人才群体且成才率低等难以解决的问题.针对这些问题,提出解决问题的具体措施,为我国田径优势项目可持续发展提供理论参考,也可为其他优势项目提供参考.

The Current Training Situation and Countermeasures of the Track and Field Advantageous Events in China

With the methods of document data,experts＇ interviews and mathematical statistics,the athletes＇ performances and their training situation of Chinese track and field advantageous events in the Olympic Games and the World Championships are analyzed.The results show that the professional career of Chinese athletes is comparatively short,that there is no more advantage on Chinese track and field advantageous events,that there exists a conflict on the strategy of National Games and Olympic Games,and that there is a severe shortage of reserved athletes.Therefore,some countermeasures are proposed as a reference to the sustainable development of Chinese track and field advantageous events.
