| 摘 要： | 每一个公民都有自由选择职业和提高劳动能力的权利.改革开放后,农民获得了自主选择职业的权利,但由于制度惯性和路径依赖,农民工在城市就业中还存在着诸多亟需解决的问题.职业机会获得是农民工进入城市的第一步,能力提高是农民工继续城市生活的关键环节,劳动工作关系和谐是农民工融入城市社会的根本保证.农民工的职业融入不仅需要政府提供充分的制度供给和财政投入,加强文化教育和技能培训,还需要企业改善管理制度,关注职工的日常生活、文化娱乐和精神文明建设,从而实现政府、企业与劳动者三者之间的良性互动,使农民工从机会获得走向能力提高,最终实现城市职业关系融洽的新境界.
