| 摘 要： | 清朝派驻回城的满州贵族,一些人文化素质差,缺乏行政能力,并且贪赃枉法;同时,清朝对伯克制度改革不彻底等,是导致乾隆三十年的乌什起义的主要原因。起义被镇压后,清政府对南疆的统治政策进行了调整,在一定程度上缓和了当地的社会矛盾,加强了清政府在新疆的统治地位。

| Abstract: | after Xinjiang was united in the Qing Dynasty,because the senior officials and local officials suppressed the local peoples,the Uyghur people led a hard life and the local economy was severely harmed so that in the end Wushi Uprising started in the thirtieth year of Qianlong's Reign.When the Uprising was put down,the Dynasty adjusted its policies which to some extent softened social problems in the area and consolidated its rule in Xinjiang. |
