异地高考:问题、根源与出路

京沪等地推行异地高考的方案存在较大争议,存在着两难困境。产生异地高考问题的原因主要在于:高考录取机会的省际差异过大,各省经济、教育发展不均衡,户籍制度的不合理以及用人单位对学历和名校的盲目追求等。为解决异地高考问题,必须进行整体的、系统的稳健式改革。

Problems,Causes and Solutions of Attending College Entrance Examination in Other Places

There is a huge controversy and the plight of the ＂dilemma＂ of the program of attending college entrance examination in other places in Beijing and Shanghai. The causes of the problems are mainly due to： large differences of college admission opportunities in different provinces , the unbalanced economic, educational development in different provinces, unreasonable household registration system as well as the distortions of employment mechanism and conception of talent. To solve the problems, we need an overall systematical reform in a steady way.
