| 摘 要： | 宋代土地买卖异常频繁且形式多样,除了传统的直接买卖之外,由借贷抵押所引起的土地所有权转移亦可看作是一种间接的土地买卖。在这些多样化的买卖中,佃权转移时常发生,从而出现了"永佃权"及"二地主",表明了经济关系在土地流转中变得更加复杂多元化。与频繁且多样化的宋代土地买卖相适应,国家也出现了从土地配置到"司券"之职能的转变。

| Abstract: | The land transactions in the Song dynasty were extremely frequent with various forms. Besides the traditional direct trade, passing of the land title based on loans and mortgages could be seen as an indirect trade. Among these various transactions, transfer of tenant fight happened often. Thus the ＂permanent tenant rights＂ and the ＂tenant who sublets＂ occurred, which shows the economic relationships became more and more complicated in the land transaction. To adapt to this frequent and various land transactions during the Song dynasty, the country functions had changed from the distribution of land to the ＂Si Quan＂. |
