| 摘 要： | 海口是滇池水唯一的泄出地,其通塞与否直接关系着滇池周围百姓的生命财产安全.因而从清初开始,地方政府就不遗余力地对滇池海口进行疏浚和治理.研究清代各时期滇池海口治理,对认识清代云南滇池区域的水利发展具有积极作用,对今日滇池治理颇具资鉴价值.

| Abstract: | Haikou is the only spillway of Dianchi Lake, and whether it is unobstructed or not concerns directly the safety of the life and property of the people around the lake. Hence, from the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the local government had spared no effort to dredge and govern it. It is of positive significance to study the governance of Dianchi Haikou in different periods of the Qing Dynasty. It can help us to understand the regional water resources development of Dianchi Lake in the Qing Dynasty, with reference to today＇s Dianchi Lake governance. |
