| 摘 要： | 互联网金融2014年首度写入政府工作报告,"促进互联网金融健康发展,完善金融监管协调机制,密切监测跨境资本流动,守住不发生系统性和区域性金融风险的底线"1。为实现"健康发展",就要解决好互联网金融发展过程中创新与监管的关系。本文在回顾互联网金融这一新兴领域理论研究的基础上,对其创新与监管的困局展开分析,借鉴国际互联网金融监管的经验,提出我国互联网金融健康发展、解决创新与监管困局的路径。

| Abstract: | Written into the 2014 government work report for the first time, lntemet based finance has been emphasized at an unprecedented level in today＇s China. To realize its healthy development, it is necessary to solve the inter relationship between innovation and regulation during the developing process of Internet based finance. This paper reviews the related theoretical research in Internet finance, and then analyzes the dilemma in its innovation and regulation. Finally, absorbing ideas from international experience, it puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems and promote the healthy development of Internet based finance. |
