抗日战争时期国统区财政金融政策研究

Study of the Fiscal and Financial Policies in Districts Ruled by Kuomintang during the Anti- Japanese War

The fiscal and financial policies in districts ruled by Kuomintang during the anti - Japanese war had played important roles in promoting the construction of anti - Japanese national united front and winning the war against Japanese. They were branded with the political corruption of Kuomintang as well. Correet evaluation of the policies is of great significance for the further improvement and development of our eurrent fiseal and finaneial policy system under the market economy. This paper has a deep analysis of the main fiscal and financial policies at that time, and then discusses its historical meaning.
