摘    要:在计算机辅助装配模型或面向装配的设计中,装配顺序是一个必要的基础条件。近十年在装配模型和产生装配顺序的领域内进行了大量的研究,两种主要的研究途径是组成和分解模型。本文提出一种新型的基于零件空间拓扑关系分类的构造装配关系矩阵,经过数学分析和推导,可证明装配矩阵能够转化为一个对角阵。对角阵各元素的物理意义是:在装配模型中元素的值越大说明该零件连接的其他零件越多,这种方法被证明是有效和切实可行的。

Abstract:Assembly sequence is a kind of fundamental requirement in computer-aided assembly modeling and the design for assembly (DFA). Over the last decade there was extensive research in the field of assembly modeling and generating assembly sequence. Two major approaches of assembled objects are compositional and decompositional modeling. In this paper, by the classification of the part space topology relation in assembly modeling, a kind of new approach of constructing the assembly relationship matrix is presented. After mathematical analysis and development, it has been proved that the assembly matrix can be changed as a diagonal form. The physics concepts of the element value of the diagonal matrix means: The larger the value itself is, the more parts will be connected with the corresponding part in the assembly modeling. The application proved that the approach is feasible and efficient.
