| Abstract: | West Development provides Enshi with favourable opportunities in developing regional economy. In the course of the development,we must emancipate our minds and innovate ideas,create a better environment and develop agriculture with distinguishing features to make Enshi a medium - sized city. At the same time, we must promote education and science to improve qualities of laborors. Besides, it is necessary to develop non - public - owned economy to quicken the growth of regional economy. |
